By Indeko are delighted to partner with SendAble, a socially conscious company that provides an avenue for employment, training and career progression in warehousing and logistics to people with a disability.
Through their unique third party logistics (3PL) model, they are focused on helping to take eCommerce businesses to the next level while providing a solution to labour force participation and skill development barriers that are currently faced by those with disability.
Why is it important?
Employment can boost confidence and self-esteem, it connects supported employees and their communities providing a strong feeling of purpose. We believe that employment opportunities form a critical part of an inclusive and empowering community for people with a disability.
Our Monte Lupo Partnership
By Indeko are delighted to partner with Monte Lupo, a not-for-profit organisation focused on being the leading source of creative and sustainable support options for people with disabilities, particularly those with high and complex needs and their families. Together, we aim to provide people with disabilities access to employment opportunities and the ability to express themselves through art. All order for our 100% Australian made collection will be made, glazed and painted by a Monte Lupo team member.
Why is it important?
Giving people living with a disability a chance to express themselves through art is not just valuable therapy, but also provides an opportunity to develop new skills and build their confidence. With the right assistance, Monte Lupo artists gain a special sense of purpose, creative expression and engagement with the wider community.
