Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to have all orders processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 12pm (AEST). Although great care is taken to dispatch orders within the specified time period, please be mindful that our dispatch time may extend to 1-2 business days during sale times.

Domestic Australian (excluding WA) Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch
Western Australian Express Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
New Zealand Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch
Canada, United States and the UK: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer case team on hello@byindeko.com.

Q: How long do I have to return / exchange an item?
Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. If this item is a gift and the return is outside the 14 day time period simply send us an email athello@byindeko.com
Q: How do I exchange an item?
Simply download and fill in the details on the returns slip, ensuring you include the original order number and the name of the person who placed the order. If you ordered the wrong size, please just put the original garment in the mail and send it back to us for a full refund, not including postage. While you wait for us to issue you the refund you can jump online and place a new order to get your correct size sent out straight away.
Q: What happen once the item is returned?
We will receive your parcel back at By Indeko HQ and process a full refund (excluding shipping). You will receive a confirmation email when the funds have been processed. Funds will be sent back to the same account that was used to make the original purchase.
Q: Who pays for the return?
If your item is not what you ordered or is faulty, then postage is on us. Please use the AusPost returns label included within your parcel. If you have any queries simply send us an email athello@byindeko.com.
